I chose to slum it in a traditional Mongolian tent. Tradition, it seems, includes beds with sturdy and comfortable matresses, electric lighting, heaters and a fridge. As well as essential pine furniture. I always knew I was a traditionalist at heart, although it did disappoint me that the traditional air-conditioning unit like the one in my apartment hadn't been installed.
